This abstract gallery brings you a small sample of my photographic essay
highlighting a very controversial and misunderstood subject matter, PTSD, as seen
through my eyes. I have been suffering from this monster issue since 1995 which
was compounded by another event on 1998, as part of my military service.
It was not until recently that I became aware of my problems and aware of the name
associated with it. Still I find it hard to get proper treatment through the army and
VA. I felt compelled to express my views of my suffering through my art, to bring a
better idea of what veterans go through, to the general public.
This exhibit is looking for a home, walls to hang in which this statement can reach not
only art lovers, but critics and those who need to see it. It contains over 50 pieces of
work and is growing as I battle my issues with PTSD and my past thoughts of suicide.
Prints measure from 16x20 to 16x24. Each is printed using Epson Ultra Smooth
Velvet Fine Art papers and Epson Ultrachrome pigment inks for the best archival
qualities.
